How do you ensure the freshness of the coffee beans?
We roast our beans in small batches and ship them within 48 hours of roasting. Each bag features a one-way valve to let CO2 escape while preventing oxygen from entering, ensuring peak flavor upon arrival.
What is the shelf life of your coffee?
For the best flavor profile, we recommend consuming our coffee within 4 to 6 weeks of the roast date. While it is safe to drink for several months, the complex aromatic notes begin to fade after 60 days.
Do you offer pre-ground coffee or only whole beans?
We offer both! You can select 'Whole Bean' for maximum freshness or choose from various grind sizes including Drip, Espresso, and French Press to suit your brewing method.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Once your order is roasted and packed, you will receive a tracking number via email.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an error with your order or the product is damaged, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
